Only 25 custom home lots are available. 16 are right on the water, and 9 are just off the lake. Lot sizes range from 0.5 to 1.5 acres and start at $1.6M. You can bring your own builder and start building the lake home you’ve always wanted.

3 Recreation Lakes

Ski Lake:

This lake was professionally designed for smooth, glassy water every time you ride. The shoreline is sloped to reduce waves and reset the surface after each pass. It’s filled year-round by mountain water from Cottonwood Creek and supported by well water during dry seasons. Two boats are always available one surf and one ski boat. You don’t have to gas them up or maintain them. Just show up and ride.

Cable Lake:

This is a freestyle wakeboarding park built for all skill levels. The two-tower cable system gives you more ride time and faster turns than a boat. You can try tricks again and again without waiting in the water. The setup includes rails, kickers, and jumps for learning or leveling up. No boats, no delays, just smooth, consistent runs.

Adventure Lake:

This lake is for relaxing and playing in the water. No motors allowed. The sandy beach stretches 200 feet and is perfect for sunbathing or building sandcastles. You can swim, paddleboard, kayak, or float at your own pace. It’s a quiet spot to unwind and enjoy the view.

The Recreation Club

Every lot owner at Northside is a member of the Northside Recreation Club.

What’s Included:

  • Two Club-Owned Boats

    • Don’t worry about gas or maintenance. Just show up and enjoy the ride.

  • Cable Park and Boat Reservations

    • Book your time slots quickly and easily online.

  • Drive or Ride

    • Take the wheel yourself, or have one of our boat drivers take you out.

  • Maintenance of Lakes and Amenities

    • The Club handles upkeep for the lakes, trails, clubhouse, pavilions, and boats so everything stays in top shape.

  • On-Site Staff

    • Employees will manage the gate, maintain the grounds, drive boats, and take care of everything needed to keep the Club running smoothly.

  • Maintains the private roadway and gated entrance

Winter :

Northside Creek is just minutes from world-class ski resorts. Snowbasin is about 10 minutes away, with Powder Mountain and Nordic Valley also nearby. Residents enjoy downhill skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and cross-country skiing throughout the area.

Spring:

As the snow melts, trails in the Cottonwoods at Mountain Green open up for hiking, mountain biking, and running. Local favorites include Coldwater Canyon and other nearby foothill trails with views of the Wasatch mountains.

Summer:

Summer is lake season. Enjoy swimming, paddle boarding, and jet skiing on Northside Creek’s private lakes. The Weber River is just minutes away for tubing and fishing. Pineview and East Canyon Reservoirs are also close by, offering boating, kayaking, and more.

Fall:

Fall brings stunning colors to the mountains. Aspens, maples, and dogwoods fill the area with red, orange, and gold. Cooler temperatures are perfect for biking, hiking, and evening walks around the lake. Snowbasin offers scenic chairlift rides and brunch with mountain views.

 

FAQ

  • Use of each of the three lakes is available exclusively to Northside Creek homeowners & guests.

  • No. Membership will be limited to a single lot owner.

  • The monthly fees are currently estimated at $2,500 to maintain all facilities related to the lakes. 

  • There are 25 total lots, 16 of which offer direct waterfront views. Each property is turned at a 35 degree angle for optimal down-lake and mountain views. Lot sizes range from 0.5 to 1.5 acres and start at $1.6M.

  • We aim to provide a place where our residents can enjoy privacy. Renting out your private residence at Northside Creek is strictly prohibited. 

  • The lots are permit ready and you could begin construction of your home immediately. You can bring your own builder as well.
